TITLE, SASH & CROWN
An embroidered sash with your Regional Title will be provided when you are paid in full. Titles are assigned on a first come-first serve basis.
If you would like to purchase a crown for your local appearances, call the office for details.
OPENING NUMBER & SWIMSUIT COMPETITION
For the first time ever, there will be a
sponsorship fee and production fee. The
production fee we will be used to cover the
cost of providing your opening number dress,
competition swimsuit and swimsuit shoes.
These items will be yours to keep.
INTERVIEW & EVENING GOWN
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR CHOICE OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Interview: Dress or Pantsuit
(Job Interview Type - NO Cocktail)
• Evening Gown
Full Length - beaded or not beaded - any color
• Shoes: We suggest high heel, flesh tone or clear.
• Accessories: Your Choice. You may use the ones
provided for the opening number/swimsuit.
HOW TO APPLY ... YOUR FIRST STEP.
• Submit ALL documents to our office at the address below or online. (No Signature Required mail.)
• Complete and SIGN the Official Application.
• Read the Rules and Regulations very carefully.
• Enclose a copy of your Valid Alabama Driver’s License.
• Enclose an Original or Notarized Copy of your Marriage License (Your bank will usually notarize them for free)
• Enclose an Original or Notarized Copy of your Birth Certificate (Your bank will usually notarize them for free)
• Enclose a $695.00 NON-REFUNDABLE check/MO payable to Mrs. Alabama America Pageant. You may also pay
online via PayPal to: payments@mrsalabamaamerica.com Balance Due: $150.00 Production Fee. Sponsorship Fee and
Production Fee are separate. Total Due is $845.00.

Mississippi or Military Installation in Mississippi.
MISS alabama FOR AMERICA®
• Must be at least 18 years old by date of state
pageant. (No age limit)
• Single, Divorced or Widowed.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and resident of
Alabama or Military Installation in Alabama.
